The Villages of Estero is SWFL’s newest city incorporating in only 2014. Florida Gulf Coast University, Hertz Arena and Mound Key Archeological Park are all located within the village. The area has grown tremendously over the past years and has many new gated communities like Corkscrew Shores, Wild Blue and Miromar Lakes. Miromar Lakes is a freshwater lakefront, boat friendly private community that offers luxurious amenities like a beach club and Marina. Estero is conveniently located and easy drive to Fort Myers or Naples.
